We loved being so close to Parliament and the ByWard Market-great for a fun day out. The lounge had a nice breakfast and the pool was a great way to unwind. Just a heads up, some rooms feel a bit dated, so request a recently updated one!

Our room's bathroom was really small and the bathtub had some grime. It could use a refresh for sure.

On Booked.net I had requested a king bed on an upper floor & my request was honored. Check in & check out was very efficient. Staff very friendly. The room was very clean & the location was good.

The underground parking garage is very confusing especially trying to figure out were one can & cannot park. The bathroom is small. My wife & I found the room to be very dry......none of these factors would be a deal breaker for us.

Savoury and healthy breakfast with a wide array of options to choose from. The rooms with great views. Prime location close enough to supper at baton rouge as well as beautiful downtown Ottawa, only 5 minutes walk from Parliament Hill.

Couple seeking decent relaxation

I had a solid sleep on that king bed, It's like laying on a cloud! The buffet breakfast had just enough choices for both of us to satisfy our different tastes, loved that!

It wasn't exactly cheap though honestly acceptable.

The hotel of choice in Ottawa. It was in the central location to Parliament Hill. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown Ottawa district. The king room I stayed in was fairly quiet with a view. A safe, an iron and an electronic key card worked well. The breakfast was really tasty, the check in was early.

We enjoyed the central location. It was a wonderful opportunity to walk around the beautiful city. When we did drive to various destinations, there was ample parking and the traffic flow made it easy to get to our locations. Loved walking up Spark Street and around the Canal.

Check-in was seamless, and I was promptly informed of all available facilities. The room was immaculate upon arrival, with clean linens and toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent, with a buffet alongside made-to-order omelettes and a diverse selection of condiments. Staff were helpful .

The corner room was awesome with a private balcony. I loved the views of the water! Plus, the breakfast buffet had fresh eggs just the way I wanted. Only thing was, it got a bit loud at night from the street.
